Tracking the coronavirus in Collier County: March 27 confirmed positive cases

Collier County confirmed its first three cases of the novel coronavirus on Wednesday, March 11.

Since then, the number of positive COVID-19 cases has surged. With the introduction of 18 cases Friday, the number to test positive in Collier County jumped to 85, according to an evening advisory from the state Department of Health. 

There have been no deaths reported in Collier County related to COVID-19 coronavirus complications.
